RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

If you have received your package and you are not entirely sure with your purchase, remember that you have 14 days from when you received your package to make any exchange or return.

For this the product must be with its original labeling and packaging and must be in the same conditions in which it was shipped.

Write us an email to bambai.vic@gmail.com so that we can inform you of how you should proceed with the return. Only if it is a default return on the product this will be free, otherwise, as it is a return on your part, the customer assumes the shipping costs

To make a change you must reorder through the web and proceed to return the product you reject.

 

To make the return you have two options, in any of them you must communicate it to us before by email bambai.vic@gmail.com

1.- Send us the product yourself to the following address:

2.-We send our courier the day you tell us, the price is € 5.95 and the amount of the refund will be discounted, in case you decide on this option write to us to indicate the day that best suits you. The collection is not subject to time bands, it can only be limited to full days or evenings.

 

* Returns on the islands and outside of Spain may only have the first return option.

 

Refund: The return will be made as soon as possible, in the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase. The exchange or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not proceed. Once the return is approved you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the period in which it becomes effective will depend on your bank and may take up to 15 days. In no case will the amount paid for shipping be refunded, only the amount paid for the purchased product.

 

The right of withdrawal and return that the consumer has by law, is not applicable in the case of personalized products. If you bought a good made to your specifications, they were freely chosen and it is a clearly personalized product, you will not be able to return it. Unless the product does not comply with the contracted conditions, or is defective.

 

By law, personalized items do not have the right to return, except if the product is received with a defect.
